1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

2. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. We will tell you the price, billing frequency and renewal terms before you purchase, and email a receipt after each charge.

Promotional or introductory prices apply only for the stated period and then renew at the regular price.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time in one click from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Information only

Scores, statistics and news are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Data comes from third-party providers and may be delayed or contain errors. Nothing on the site is betting, financial or professional advice.

5. Contests and rewards

Free contests require no purchase to enter or win and are governed by their own official rules. VIP reward points have no cash value, are non-transferable and may change or expire with notice.

6. Affiliates

Affiliates are subject to a separate affiliate agreement. Commissions are paid only on valid, non-refunded, non-fraudulent referrals.

7. Community rules

Be respectful in chat and forums. No harassment, hate speech, spam, illegal content or sharing of personal information. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Intellectual property

The SportsFigures.io name, Ace mascot, logos and site content belong to us or our licensors. Team names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes and contact
